ClosingSite is user-friendly and intuitive to navigate, even for the most casual internet user. However, we provide a full complement of training and support for our clients. This includes online help, user manuals and onsite training. |
Training and Support
- Online Help: While all of ClosingSite's functions are intuitive, online help is available to walk a user through any troublesome process. The user can simply click on the online help icon for the function desired.
- User Manual: ClosingSite provides user manuals for our clients which are customized to the client's particular ClosingSite. These user guides are also available in PDF format on the client's ClosingSite.
- Onsite Training: In order to insure a smooth implementation of ClosingSite, we provide onsite training for our clients. This hands-on training helps highlight best practices for using ClosingSite.
